  A great quality glass pot that arrived in perfect condition. Packaging was good although a little overkill on the tape. It's as described. The cost was higher than a new one but i couldn't get a new one so this was the next best thing. It took longer than expected in the post but that's down to royal mail.   I did not criticise the item, but I was notified by Royal Mail it was arriving Friday, it didn’t, I was then notified it would arrive Saturday, it did didn’t? I was then asked to give feedback, as I hadn’t received it, all I could put was that. I have, however now received item.
