  I like these shoes, they arrived quickly, although packaged in a bag only. Sadly, the shoes had slight damage on the inner side of the heels. On contacting the seller, I got a prompt pleasant response and was offered a return / refund and was told that the damage had possibly happened during postage. I chose to keep the shoes. I then looked more closely at the seller`s photos and it was just possible to see the damage. Although bought at a great price the shoes had been described as `perfect.`

  Avoid. There was an issue with delivery from Royal Mail. Not the sellers fault but I was advised to contact the seller to progress the issue. Very rude, said it was not her responsibility (which I understand) but I was advised to let her know. She then complained that I was difficult and went as far to imply that I had stollen. Absolutely disgusting attitude. Just received it now, turns out the neighbour had it and I had no way of knowing as there was no information left my the postman.

  Although there were some issues, I don’t like to leave negative feedback, I shouldn’t have done it in anger because it really is irrelevant. I’m sure it was just misunderstanding and miscommunication, and I’d be willing to revoke my negative comments if you want. If not, then it’s fine, but I really have no hard feelings.

  Dress was advertised as new when it arrived it had 2 holes in could not miss them . When I asked for refund I was accused of trying to keep dress and getting a refund 😡 new on eBay and didn’t know you had to go through eBay to return things . Have now returned and had refund

  Very unstable person, before i even posted item i was bombarded with messages, she is practising harrasment which I fowarded already to Ebay Support team, the language she speaks is out of order. I apologised for the inconvinence, offered return and full refund straight away but even that she feels beign nasty is the way to achieve anything. You need to learn my darling to behave and probably start doing shopping at the store instead of expecting expensive stuff being sold for a pennies.
