  Seller did not initially respond to my messages, but responded about a week later. They said that they apologize about the delay in shipping and would send it to me for free. I felt bad for them at first but I wouldn’t turn down an iPhone at that price. The phone has some cosmetic damage but is acceptable. The packaging had plenty of bubble wrap which I appreciate. The phone came as seen in the pictures and works as expected.

  BUYER BEWARE, look at the neg and even pos feedback for this seller, horrible cust svc, almost no communication, if there's an issue they will not respond, the item I received (imo) was damaged before it was shipped in the most beat up box I've ever received, the broken pieces weren't even in the box (let that sink in), has no idea what double boxed means, probably wanted FedEx to take the blame for the damage, ebay stepped in and will issue a refund.

  This Seller doesn't understand one thing about customer service. I send him 5 messages asking when my item was going to SHIP and he responded to none of them. Order was late showing up because this seller doesn't care about having happy buyers. I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY EBAY PUTUP WITH SORRY SELLERS. If you choose to buy from this seller you should have your head examined. You have been for warn.

  item was as described. the seller was....less than. repeatedly contacted for shipping information. After a week of paid item, there was no tracking info. Seller promised it was going out that evening, but it was another week before a shipping label was created. Then no updates, so after another couple of weeks the seller "found it under a car seat" and finally shipped it. took 2 days to get here. So one month, and repeated messages asking for its whereabouts, to send about 50 miles. Crazy.
