    Product was new in box as advertised. The seller made a simple transaction very unpleasant. The seller is insulting, complained my bid was too good of deal and I should calm down, created a shipping label on the 7th but didn’t get it shipped until the 13th. This was after asking what the status was because eBay said it’s in process. The seller said USPS wouldn’t pick it up. Then the seller claimed it was and that they make mistakes. Finally after I complained it was actually received and shipped

    I’m sorry this buyer felt dissatisfied, but their claims are unfair and leave out key context. I communicated to the best of my ability and worked to resolve any delays. Shipping was completed within a reasonable timeframe, and occasional USPS delays are outside of my control. The item was delivered exactly as described—brand new in box. I strive to provide a fair experience and stand by how this was handled.

    Be careful with this buyer because even if the item is 100% working, they'll return the item for issues that are external and not related to the unit. They're not a good buyer. 👎

    The item had multiple issues and did not meet expectations, which is why it was returned. I take responsibility for taking a chance on a product sold without original packaging or instructions, but I believe the listing could have been clearer about its true condition. Buyer Beware!!!
