  The item arrived in a flimsy box that was not even taped up!! It was broken open on both sides! Item was not in any kind of plastic or wrapped up or in bubble, wrap or anything! The chord wasn't even wrapped up! Stated, the item was brand new, but it has scuffs. All over it clearly not brand new! I would be surprised if it even works.This is the worst experience that i've ever had with Ebay!!! Do not buy from this person!!!
