  Shoes were a different size than advertised. Then seller says they were bought in a sample sale when this was not disclosed in the listing. Postage cost was very high (£9.50 for second class small parcel at 2Kg, which cost them £3.19). Offered me £20 as a partial refund, then silence. Return postage was not enough to cover the cost of the return.
