der Verkäufer sollte den Artikel wirklich so darstellen, dass man das Handy nicht als Handy benutzen kann; denn sonst ist man sehr enttäuscht und man denkt: der hat mich betrogen . Der Verkäufer muss ganz klar schreiben, dass das Handy kein Gerät ist zum telefonieren! Warum macht man so etwas? Man soll doch niemand betrügen!!!

The item is described as DUMMY very clearly - also in the title of the offer. The item was listed in the eBay "Dummy Mobile Phones" category - NOT Mobile Phones. The photos were real and in no way indicated that it could be a mobile phone. 6€ for a new, unused and original DUMMY is not cheap - but for a new, unused and original phone it would not be suspicious. I know that the price of 6 euros was very low, but it is worth looking at what you are buying and paying for items you do not need.

I understand that the item cost 3 euros - but I do not sell shipping services. There were also cheaper shipping options, but the Buyer chose the GLS courier option and paid for such shipment.
