  My purchase arrived in a timely fashion. I specifically ordered this hair dryer because of its pink colour. The description on the order form indicated pink, however I received a purple hair dryer. It was a previously opened retaped box and the hair dryer was loose in the box without any type of protection to prevent the hair dryer from jiggling inside the box. That being said, the hair dryer works and that’s what matters.
