    The product is in good condition and the shipping was fast. As to efficacy I couldn't say yet, but we'll see, and obviously that's not the concern of the seller as this is a secondhand product and he's not in charge of the design or product rollout lol. It does seem to be working, though. Massive lifesaver for maintaining laser between sessions, and also effective more widely- diode lasers are a must as opposed to IPL especially relevant for anyone with PCOS/transitioning/etc. Thanks to Chris :)
