  After waiting 12 days to receive one item ordered, the product received was not matching what was purchased, basically unusable. While the seller did process a return as requested I would not choose this seller again.

  I contacted seller several times before purchasing regarding measurements. No response and that should’ve been my first clue, but I made the purchase anyway. Item was listed as 100% cashmere scarf. I get the scarf and the tag clearly states 100% lambswool. There could have been an error since the brand was “cashmere“. But even after contacting the seller about it, seller still no response or apology. I should’ve read feedback. Very unprofessional seller. Ebay approved the refund, kept item.
