    This seller is the worst seller I ever bought item from. I bought a Ryobi 40v battery and charger they said item was "open box" but it was a use battery with scratches and mark all over. I contacted the seller and there reply was "Are you wearing the battery"--"Plz stop messaging me" So I contacted Ebay and the seller took back the battery and refuse to refund, and then open a case said battery, "Looks like label was switched". They are a Dirt-bag seller. Buyers Beware!!

    Seller shipped my item fast and quickly responded to my questions. But, the seller confirmed that console had no scraches and it did. Even if small. scratch is in the center jewel that you can't miss and I paid for a clean one item was described as (new other). Also packaging was done wrong. you cannot place a heavy cable with sharp metal parts on top of the console in the box I wish that it was just left out. shell also arrived cracked which wasn't shown in the pictures at least it was small.

    Fast ship out and seller contacted me with questions before shipping to be sure about packing an item instead of just doing it without asking first. Appreciate that instead of just going ahead and doing it and maybe cramming it in the box and damaging anything. Everything seems to be alright and definitely as shown and described.
