    Disappointing. Before I bought the blazer, I asked this seller whether the zip on either side of the front served a purpose or indicated a collar or lining was missing. They gave a vague, non-committal answer so I went ahead and bought it. It was not priced as if something was missing so I thought it would be ok. On closer inspection, I could see the zip should attach to a part that was missing. Disappointing. I gave them the chance to offer a partial refund, but no reply was received.

    The buyer is suffering from cognitive and visual impairment, and dyslexia. For a £30 jacket he asked questions for nearly 20 times. He had to find exuse for a refund after 40 days of purchase. It appears that he is inebriated. He rarely worn a designer jacket in his life. He is not aware how designer jacket looks like. eBay should refrain from allowing this type of scammer from using eBay. Utterly despicable!

    The seller obviously feels that resorting to childish lies and insults is the best way to resolve a simple issue. I asked 3 questions to try to establish whether the garment was complete or missing something and to ask for a measurement. I have no idea why he is exaggerating to say 20. It appears something was missing but the seller obfuscated and became vague so I never found out the answer until I bought it. As I said, deal with this seller at your peril.
