  I order this printer because it was a similar model to my current printer. "Plug-N-Play". This is all I needed to do. Works great. Was in an older box but it was original. The only problem was the enclosed ink cartridges were out-of-date. Good thing I had some color and B&W cartridges handy. The seller did send a note about the cartridges.Still, I think I should be due a slight refund. In my eyes it was a terrific value. And new.

  I got this as I have experience with this model. It came with ink, but the ink was old and did not work. Fortunately, I had spare ink on hand which worked great, and the printer did its job. The item is brand new, good quality and well worth the money spent. It looks just like the photo and is in perfect shape. Thank you for the good communication.
