Said item was new with tag, had pic with tag, I then get item NO TAG, VERY DISAPPOINTED, WANTED MONEY BACK , the seller said no, gave me 3.00 back , why? Very very disappointed, would never buy anything again from this seller, makes no sense

Offered buyer tto return the item postage paid, buyer refused. Item was only $9.99 and gave a discount since tag went missing. Item was still brand new and as described. Buyer was unreasonable - expected to get the item for free!!
