    Hi, I hope you are well. I did explain the circumstances of the refund, you wouldn't have wanted me to deliver a cassette which is over 10 years old and for it not to work. I pride myself a selling good quality cassettes and providing a good service to my buyers. I would appreciate a revision to your feedback as the details you have given are incorrect and unfair.
