The item unfortunately hasn’t turned up and after slow contact and opening a case I still haven’t been refunded. Had to ask eBay to step in

communicated with the buyer and explained that ebays delivery window is not in line with Royal mails window do declare the item as lost. Tracking was provided to show the item had been posted on time. I asked the buyer if they wanted to wait longer and rather than a response, they asked ebay to step in.
