    Received by pure luck as Royal Mail did not notify me of a failed delivery of it and which they blamed on the seller's delivery technique ( could not follow their logic on that, mentioned in case it helps seller ) Only found out they had it in the sorting office when I went in to collect another item and they brought out two packages ! Item well packaged and as expected, thanks

    Seller listed the fan as new but when it arrived it was a used item. My gas engineer verified that. Prospective buyers be aware. Also very threatening when challenged.

    All my items are brand new, with positive feedback from customers. I’ve successfully sold four fans, and every customer has been very happy with their purchase, leaving positive feedback. You’ve gone to great lengths for a discount, even complaining about my response time and delivery, which was next day. No threats were made; I simply mentioned pursuing small claims court due to your false claim that the item is used, which you know is untrue. This is all because I refused to offer a discount.
