Took payment for a double headboard which was accompanied by a polite request from me to post out as soon as convenient for them as it's for a holiday let. 10 days later I finally received a refund after I'd raised an 'Item not received' case when it didn't arrive, wasting days of me waiting in for it. No contact at all from seller until they'd sent a refund, saying the courier had lost it. Why not just send another one quickly in it's place then? Terrible.
