  I'm sorry to hear that the item didn’t work out for you. When I sent it, it was fully functional and working as expected on my end, so I’m not sure what might have happened since. I also noticed that it’s been about two months since the purchase. I wish you had reached out sooner so I could have helped resolve the issue more effectively.   Item got delayed in Chicago at one point for a few days, but it was a heavy item so I can excuse that - packing on this thing was immaculate. Exterior was as described, computer booted up just fine - and it was a fair price, I feel, for a computer like this one. My only real complaint is that the built in speakers are kinda blown out - but it's a 25 year old computer, that's to be expected (The audio jacks work, that works for me), and the internal battery needs changing (again, 25 years old).
