Unfortunately this dishonest seller refused either to send me the item or to send me a refund, inexplicably. She then refused to communicate at all. I was forced to apply to eBay for a refund, but In would rather have had the item I'd paid for and certainly would prefer not to have had the hassle and difficulty of opening a case against her. At no time did she offer any explanation as to her unwillingness to honour her side of the bargain, so I have no choice but to leave this negative feedback.

I am extremely sorry. I had recently experienced an event which sadly meant I was unable to access my account and only found out about this matter when it was already too late. Apologies.
