I ordered 2 packs of 12 cross connectors but one of the packs has only 10 cross and 3 tee connectors. Messaged the seller and was told it was a packaging fault. Seller was prompt to respond to message and offered to compensate but I declined since it is a small issue. Nevertheless, the process control could have been better. Therefore, 4 instead of 5 stars for item description.
