This was a really bad experience and I'm the wiser now - I would be very cautious in using these people. My item never showed despite numerous emails. I didn't even know about Buyer Protection but just happened to call Ebay on day 29 of the 30 day limit to make a complaint. Ebay gave me a full refund. These guys need reporting.
