I love the 2nd part for legs bums and tums as these are my problem areas, I found that after a few days of exercise my thighs felt firmer, and my stomach is deffinately getting tighter, a good overall workout. I would say though that you need to be reasonably fit to do these exercises though as they are not always easy and a lot of balence is required as well as flexibility, but saying that I really enjoyed this workout and never get bored of the routines as there is also an intermidiate level you can advance to

Fantastic workout Dvd
I love this dvd its challenging and shows two seperate ways to do the work out beginners and intermediate so you dont get bored, you feel the muscle groups really being worked as she puts you through your paces, I can see visable results myself from doing the worout regularly for two weeks, highly recommended.
