Regarding postage: I have had to reduce my postage options to Royal Mail only.

I was using Evri but the drop-off/collection point is so overwhelmed that the parcels await collection in public areas near the doorway, and on shelves which spill over into the shop itself from behind the counter. Easy to steal if someone was so inclined.

And just to mention other postage options and why I'm not using them:

24:7 InPost - nearest lockers nearly 2 miles away.
Relay - nowhere near me.
Yodel - same drop-off point as Evri
DPD - Royal Mail is cheaper.

Thanks for your understanding about this. I will offer Evri again once they have a safer way to handle the parcels.
