  Should be negative, but I'm too nice. Fake Fuggler sent, paid twice the price of a real one, told them it was fake, they said it was good quality and fit for purpose. It was not. Eventually got them to agree to post it back. Postage label they sent didn't work (also fake?). I got ebay involved. Seller was meant to pay postage so I could send it back, that never got to my paypal (not sure if they sent it). Ebay decided in my favour for a refund. Took two weeks of effort to get my money back.
