    The toothbrush does not hold brushheads securely and I cannot brush my teeth. The product fails the most basic function. I tried to communicate the issue to the seller while testing many brush heads (trying to find any brushhead that might work with it, including both authentic oral-b and non-oral-b brushheads) and sent many photos. The seller keeps bringing up irrelevant issues, showing no sign to address the fundamental problem. The seller closed the communication and return process suddenly.

    Buyer was using NON ORAL B/ KNOCKOFF replacement brush head and claiming the toothbrush is not working properly. "You get what you pay for" I had provided and suggested information to buyer getting Authentic Oral B product to get the issue resolved. I have zero control of that! Toothbrush was tested before it gets shipped out.
