Delivery

For Postage & Packing costs, please consult the 'Postage and Payments' tab.

The majority of our items are sent via Royal Mail tracked and a tracking number will be provided. Large, heavier items will be sent via Parcelforce.

Where possible, we are happy to combine postage charges on multiple items purchased. Please contact us via eBay and wait for an amended invoice before making payment.

For International Shipping, we use eBay's Global Shipping Programme (GSP). This means we are not responsible for the prices quoted.

If you are purchasing from outside the UK, please note that we are not responsible for any relevant customs fees etc.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working day

How long do I have to pay for my order?

We allow up to 5 working days for orders to be paid for to allow for customers to benefit from combined postage. Any items not paid for after 5 working days an unpaid item case will be opened.

Do you accept offers on your Buy It Now items?

Yes, we consider offers on Buy It Now items.


Returns & Refunds

We accept Returns on all our items.

If an item is damaged in transit and is not safe to return, we can accept a photo of the damaged item.

Once the photo/returned item is received, we will refund your original payment.

    I am very happy with this item. The packaging was well done and the book was much as described. Unfortunately I had to wait quite a time for it to arrive and it was very difficult to track. I ordered another Modesty Blaise at the same time as this one but the other book arrived almost a week ago and by the Royal Mail was easy to track!
