    Seller packaged tin sign like an absolute fool (flimsy cardboard from an already previously used box), causing damage to the sign. Proceeded to not respond to messages about damage or refund. BAD PACKAGING AND BAD COMMUNICATION. AVOID THIS SELLER. Had to get eBay involved

    Beware sellers' severe lack of packing skills. I bought a rare vintage fragile pottery item, then it was packed it a box barely bigger than the item without enough padding. The item arrived with the box crushed and the item broken. Thin pressurized air plastic bags were used and the heavy item popped them allowing movement, disaster followed. A bigger box & sufficient Styrofoam padding could have prevented this. Ebay had to force seller to refund but I elected to keep broken item due to rarity.

    The lp was wrapped like a 2nd grader the lp cover was ripped this seller is a clown, period i almost damaged the lp opening it up what a fool this seller is

    I'm sorry, I didn't realize you'd have trouble with packaging that I've used 100 times with 100 other buyers, all with 100% positive feedback. You should have told me that you have special needs and I would have made any packaging adjustments that your disability required. I don't want anyone to struggle with tape and bubble wrap. Had I known you weren't allowed sharp objects I could have done something different. It's important you let sellers know when you have a disability.
