EVRI had a slight delay at their end but was not an issue. Well packaged. Good quality. In good condition. Very effective blender and well thought through product. Due to space we use a hand blender rather than larger countertop jug blenders. They get a lot of heavy use in our house - anticipating this should handle that without any issue.
