    Packaged poorly for Items that are easily damaged. The box of ink cartridges was crushed at the corners. the only thing that kept the box from being totally crushed were the ink cartridges inside. The cartridges don't look to be damaged, but time will tell. It doesn't take very much insight to know that these should be shipped in a box, not a bag.
