    Sent email to seller indicating that description of webroot software indicating good for 5 devices. Software package received did not indicate any number of devices. Assuming it would be good for only one device, I elected not to load and informed seller of situation. Seller responded that she would refund purchase price if I so wished and and that I was to keep software. I requested a refund and would be willing to return it. Have not received any correspondence regarding refund.
