  Seller refused to give a refund and offered a low partial refund. The seller will also ignore your messages and make you wait until you can contact ebay to step in. The item was also packaged poorly and shoved into a a grocery bag and into a super small box so its no wonder that the smoke smell seeped in. IF YOURE BUYING THE MOCHIPUNI COW, IT SMELLS LIKE STRONG SMOKE. THE SELLER IS TRYING TO RESELL IT ONCE IT GETS RETURNED TO THEM FROM ME.

  The worst buyer, complained and left me this review because I have actual work and family to deal with then finds a reason to blame me and make it my fault. Enjoy your day, you probably did it yourself.

  Buyer responded asap to return case by offering the low partial refund. And when I declined it, they immediately ignored all other messages. They clearly had the time to respond. Look at their recent feedback, problems all around. I wouldn't purposely trash a item I want to keep and pay for. Maybe be truthful about your listing's and work on your customer service.
