I package all items safely and usually ship within 24 hours. I refund any excess shipping charged and when beneficial to the customer would combine shipping and then refund any excess after I have successfully shipped.
I do my utmost to ensure my descriptions are accurate and I always try to put up many photographs including trying to photograph any problem areas.
I am always happy to accept returns in the rare event that I have made a mistake. Although I try to operate professionally and mirror professional businesses, adhering to laws, I will accept a return within 14 days of receipt if the customer has simply changed their mind, accepting a return for this reason isn't something I would be happy about and naturally it would be the end of my relationship with that particular customer.
I am tax registered but I am also retired.
I try to make repeat customers and try to treat everyone how I would expect to be treated myself. I will not accept rudeness or attempts of trickery.
