    The item wasn’t even delivered I had to wait like 2-3 weeks just to get a refund the only good thing out of this is a refund

    Once you brought this to my attention I asked you to wait a few more weeks to see if this turned up - once you notified me this didn’t turn up I refunded you instantly. You had 2 different postage options available to you - International Tracked postage or Standard International postage. You live in Kuwait & was too tight to pay for tracked postage, yet complain when item goes missing. And you still choose to penalise me & leave negative feedback due to something out of my hands. Very unfair!
