  I needed a new one due to stick drift, the seller had issues due to the courier company being incompetent, but he kept me updated every single step of the way. The item itself came in Sony’s own packaging and with all the correct papers, if it wasn’t for the seller messaging me about the over a week delay in receiving the item it would have been a different review, great customer service, would order again!

  Wow, never heard of this company (my ignorance) so I was very apprehensive. I could not have been more incorrect. Well packaged, unopened, delivered super promptly and pricing was more than fair. I would advise any gamer like myself to use this company again in the future and bypass the Curry's and Amazons of this world. Living in Fife, Scotland however, visiting the store will be one hell of a walk to Wycombe, ha, ha
