    Said new with tags but didn’t come with any tags and also had clip on hanger marks where they were in a wadrobe.

    Sorry to hear you were not happy with the product. We did have them hanging in storage prior to dispatch and do check them before sending. I would let them rest and the marks will disappear as they are not permanent. The tags we don't really send with any item. I will remove that where it appears online and update the products to avoid future confusion. I hope that helps.
