Shipping time was very slow because of the holiday, but seller had no control over that. I highly recommend this seller. You will not be disappointed.

  The box arrived today , The tape holding it closed was pulled open, and the crevice tool is missing, it said new but this was clearly an open box. I didn't expect it to take 11 days to get here but there was a 3-day holiday. It seems like the box was not handled very well.

  crevice tool is not included and must be purchased separately this information is in the device instructions! As for the box, it is the work of USPS. We have no influence on this!
