    The dress is old and stained. In the description it was written that it’s in excellent condition, however it is full of yellow stains at the bottom. On top of that the elastic band is very loose, it doesn’t keep any shape. Probably because the dress seems to be very old. The only reason I am not returning it is because I paid a high amount of import taxes.

    Why did you not reach out to me to try to correct this situation instead of giving me negative feedback and a chance to discuss this situation to see if there is a resolve? You did not even give me an opportunity, that is really disappointing. I have been selling on Ebay for over 25 years. I am a fair seller and would have been willing to look at this closer.
