Seller said he'd ask the post office claiming he'd shipped it, then asked me in private messages to close out the dispute even though nothing was resolved yet, claiming he couldn't access his funds until I did. When I responded on the dispute chat for transparency, he immediately refunded my order without asking and then relisted the item for more money than I'd initially paid, so he apparently still had the item in his possession after all.
