    As pictured. Described as "power on but restart again again Alexa responding but it’s just continuosly restarting". The moment it arrived I took it apart expecting to find the heatsink pad missing/misplaced/not making contact. But it looked fine. Replaced it anyway, re-assembled and proceeded to register. Disabled the "Kids" feature as my prescriptions always remind me to keep away from children. Now jst waiting for it to restart. Been waiting a couple of hours. I'm very happy with this seller !
