I recommend modifying after purchasing
As you can tell from the picture, the light gives off a nice design but I'd recommend making modifications to it as I did. I cut off the wire housing and installed a mounting plate over a standard electrical box cut into the ceiling. This in my opinion gives it a better look. I did have to redo the solder on the connections to the unit due to the wiring being very thin and not well soldered to begin with. Worth what little money I invested into it overall.

Great Purchase
Well worth investing into. They are much brighter than the standard 30w bulbs we had in our previous 6 lamp light fixtures. Replaced all our old fixtures for this LED fixture (Stingray 6) not only to save money but also for the increased light coverage.
