I wanted to return this for full refund and the seller won’t accept so basically been scammed and lost my money. Stated on his page can return within 30 days and he has now changed this to try and get away with ripping me off. It is not 'real shearling fur' but faux (fake) fur on real leather. Zip is not 'heavy-duty brass' but cheap plastic. It is not 'premium quality' but OK at best. For example, the pockets were not completely symmetric. Refund was not easy to achieve with seller. I lost £27 return shipping cost and delivery back to Pakistan took a month due to customs.

This did take a while. It should also be noted in the item description it states free refund and returns but in the postage section postage is at buyers expense. This needs clarifying.
