    The item I received is not the one shown in the photo. The seller wouldn’t acknowledge there was a difference. After several emails between us eBay stepped in and issued a full credit. I wouldn’t buy from this shop again. She argued the pitchers were the same. Her words were ‘there’s no refunds and they are the same, period.’ She also tried blaming lighting, indicating I could not see properly. Her disrespect and refusal to accept responsibility was enough for me to never buy from her again.
