    This delicate antique xylophone was posted in a very flimsy box, with very little bubble wrap or padding inside to protect the item, and lots of empty space so that the contents were obviously knocked around a lot, when I opened it the wooden frame had snapped into pieces and one of the bells was broken. Very shocking to buy a precious item like this "in excellent condition", and receive it in such a bad state. I contacted the seller with photos but have had no response, apology or refund.
