Received the incorrect version of the bag. Bought 2020 version received 2019 version with no back pocket. Contacted the seller, got back offering to send the 2020 version, great. However three weeks so far and nothing happened. Chased up a few times, despite very polite replies, no action. Latest communication was over a week ago promised 2020 version would be on its way within a few days. I guess I will never see the 2020 version. Sad.

Took a bit to ship but it came! It also came with extra books like Vol 17 and a couple others. Not sure if that is intentional but was a nice surprise (though I got vol 17 separately). Major props to how they handled packaging. The box came damaged but the books were shrinked wrapped!
