  Seller shipped quick and product was packaged fairly well. The item purchased was advertised as being "in perfect condition" and also said that all the hardware was provided. However upon receiving, the product was missing a mounting screw (only came with 7 of 8), and the screws on the water block were both stripped out, making installation nearly impossible. Everything else about the product is perfect, I just wish the damage would've been clearly pictured & addressed.
