    Seller shipped binder out in its original packaging and the binder arrived opened with scuff marks most likely due to the packaging opening in transit. Seller was communicative and willing to resolve this issue. Normally I would’ve kept this binder despite the fact. But it was a gift for someone so I had to return it and get my money back.
