  I ordered a record and I would have liked to leave a better rating and feedback but the packaging the seller shipped me the item in got damaged in transit and it crushed the corner of the item, it's not major damage but the seller only offered me a $5 refund on a $54 item which I have not received. The seller didn't communicate well, I had to reach out to eBay for help getting a refund but the seller sent me a return request instead. I don't want to return the item I'd like the refund.
