  I have contacted the seller twice and have heard NOTHING back. According to information shared when I ordered, the item should have arrived on July 10th. I waited until July 21st to contact the seller because I know how the postal service is. I waited 4 days and heard nothing again. Once again contacted the seller- still NO response. When I check the tracking, which I have done multiple times, the only response shown is that a label has been created.

  Vase was described as Bill Campbell pottery and included a photo of the bottom with his signature. Photo was added to listing deceptively, because the bottom was not the same and did not include the signature. It was also cast ceramic and not porcelain. When seller was contacted about the issue and I requested a return, there was no communication at all, but a full refund was issued.
