  Seems seller sat on item to finally send it (I paid shipping fee), shipment got delayed, item hasn't arrived after 3 days from maximum estimated date of arrival, eBay have me waiting for the item to start a process to get my money back even though I have told seller that I don't need item any longer and request for a return label, seller has replied several times that he will not take item back since they don't do returns, very bad experience.
